- Ventilation work, if the old roof was cooking itself from underneath
- Warranty tier, which is really a question about who honours it in fifteen years
- Whether the fasteners and flashing are specified for coastal exposure

What does a new roof cost in Rolling Hills?
Most quotes here for a standard asphalt replacement come in around $12,000 to $26,500. That assumes one layer to remove and sound decking. Every quote you get should say in writing what happens if the decking is not sound.
